Nature Re-Visioned
Can one improve on Nature’s beauty? The general consensus is that nothing can compare to the magniicence and beauty of Nature. Arguably, artists have been doing just that since the inception of art. There is something inherently pleasing to the eye in the idealized rendering of the natural world by an artist with an eye for what appeals to our senses and intellectual constructs. In this series I attempt to do exactly that. Of course, fundamentally, it is Nature that provides the subject matter of my digital canvases. So I must give credit where credit is due. I don’t claim to improve on Nature, I merely offer another aesthetic experience.
